Therapeutic Bodywork
Each session is created in the moment based off your current needs using a combination of Deep Tissue to release trigger points and chronic muscle contracture, John Barnes Myofascial Release for fascial adhesions, Craniosacral Therapy for nervous system reset, Cupping and Guasha for hydration and tissue tension and Movement to repattern the mind body connection.
Please bring/wear shorts & bra.
